We will use your information to provide you with access to the community based features of this website, to allow you to post messages on message boards or forums, to upload resources to the Knowledge Base, LSIS’s repository of multimedia resources, materials, support and examples of effective practice from across the further education system, and to set up a personal profile. If you have given consent while registering, we may process your information to keep you informed about our services via email or by post and to give you the opportunity to be involved in evaluation/improvement of LSIS programmes and services. Your information may also be used to enable us and third parties acting on our behalf to analyse your information, in a non-identifying form, (generally in the form of statistics), so that we can identify trends about usage of our website or services and improve them.

In the unlikely event that a liquidator, administrator or receiver is appointed over us or all or any part of our assets that insolvency practitioner may transfer your information to a third party purchaser of the business provided that purchaser undertakes to use your information for the same purposes as set out in this policy. Your information will not be disclosed to government or local authorities or other government institutions save as required by law or other binding regulations.
